- Great interview! I appreciate the insights given by you. I would agree with you about reducing meat to the minimum but am not convinced that a wholly vegetarian diet can provide all the nutrients necessary in easily absorbable forms (e.g. omega 3 fatty acids, minerals and so on). A simple reduction of meat consumption all around the world would free enable grass-fed, free range meat to meet the demand. We need to go back to the times when men would eat meat occasionally, according to season, as and when available. Even in the times of the Ramayana and Mahabharata, people including kings and queens ate meat. Not like now when many people just cannot do without meat in every meal!
